The path has gotten a little clearer for a multi-use development along John Hawkins Parkway set to construct apartments, an assisted living facility, a hotel and an office building.
The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission approved a resurvey of the land and road in the area at a meeting Monday, opening the way for the project, according to reporting by the Hoover Sun.
